Upon returning to China, Mrs. Zou worked in investment and management for several years prior to joining First Decision. Mrs. Zou is responsible for overseeing the

Peg graduated from a private college, Upper Iowa University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Her Master of Education work was done at Washington State University where she had a teaching assistantship. She added an administrative degree from Bemidji State University, Minnesota. She continued her education by taking courses at University of Wisconsin, Platteville, Cardinal Streich and the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse.
Peg has been an educator for 37+ years. She taught physical education and health for 7 years then became an assistant principal for 10 years and a principal for 20 years. In that time she served and chaired local, state and national committees which involved curriculum development, teaming and team development, discipline programs and drug education programs.
Peg was honored by being voted Principal of the Year for the State of Wisconsin. |

Mrs. Brawner graduated from Auburn University with an MA. degree in education. Mrs. Brawner has 30 years experience teaching literature, reading, writing and language skills. |

Robert's background is in the development of data driven software and business logic.
Here at First Decision Robert is responsible for all of our information systems, our technical strategy planning, implementation and management. Robert will also be in charge custom software development to support our educational staff.
